Digital delivery — no physical shipping

GulfData sells digital eSIM products, so there is no physical shipping. All orders are delivered electronically — by email and in the GulfData app — within minutes of purchase. You only need a valid email address to receive your eSIM; no shipping address is required at checkout.

How delivery works

When you complete your order, you will receive an email containing your eSIM QR code and activation instructions, and your eSIM will also appear in the GulfData app under My eSIMs. This is typically available within 2–5 minutes of payment confirmation, and in rare cases up to 30 minutes during periods of high demand.

Your confirmation includes:

  • your unique eSIM QR code;
  • step-by-step installation instructions for iPhone and Android;
  • your plan details (data allowance, validity period and coverage); and
  • a link to your order in your GulfData account.

Activation

Your eSIM can be installed as soon as you receive it. We recommend installing it before you travel so it is ready when you arrive. Your data plan's validity period begins when you first connect to a mobile network in your destination — not when you scan the QR code — so you can install days or weeks ahead without losing any allowance.

Delivery issues

If you have not received your eSIM within 30 minutes of purchase:

  • check your spam or junk folder;
  • check the GulfData app under My eSIMs;
  • verify the email address you used at checkout; and
  • contact us at support@gulfdata.io and we will re-send your eSIM details promptly.

Availability

GulfData eSIMs can be purchased from most countries, and your eSIM will work in the destination(s) specified in your plan. Some destinations may be unavailable, or sales restricted, where required by law, sanctions, or network-operator limitations.
