Check if your device supports eSIM. Most smartphones from 2019 onwards are compatible.

Even if your device supports eSIM, it must be unlocked from your carrier to use a GulfData eSIM. Contact your carrier if unsure.

Not sure if your phone is unlocked?
- Try inserting a SIM card from a different carrier - if it works, your phone is unlocked
- Contact your carrier and ask if your device is SIM-unlocked
- Check your phone settings: on iPhone go to Settings → General → About and look for "Carrier Lock"
