1. About Us

GulfData (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital eSIM data plans for international travel.

By purchasing or using a GulfData eSIM, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Services

  • We sell digital eSIM data plans

  • eSIMs are delivered electronically by email

  • No physical SIM card is shipped

  • All plans are data-only unless explicitly stated otherwise

3. eSIM Compatibility & Device Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your device supports eSIM technology

  • Your device is network unlocked

  • Your device is compatible with the destination networks

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device model or carrier variant.

4. Delivery

  • eSIMs are delivered digitally via email

  • Delivery is typically within a few minutes of successful payment

  • Delays may occur due to email filtering, payment verification, or technical issues

If you do not receive your eSIM, please contact support before attempting a refund.

5. Activation & Usage

  • eSIMs can usually be installed before travel

  • Data plans activate when the eSIM first connects to a supported network

  • Activation timing depends on the destination and network behaviour

You are responsible for:

  • Enabling data roaming where required

  • Selecting the eSIM as the active data line

  • Monitoring your data usage

6. Fair Use & Network Performance

Network speed, latency, and coverage depend on:

  • Local carriers

  • Network congestion

  • Device capability

  • Geographic location

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific speeds.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because eSIMs are digital products, refunds are subject to strict conditions.

Refunds may be granted if:

  • The eSIM has not been installed

  • The eSIM has not been activated

  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • The eSIM has been installed

  • The eSIM has connected to a network

  • Data has been consumed

  • Incompatibility is due to a locked or unsupported device

To request a refund, contact support with your order details.

8. Multiple Purchases & Promotions

Discounts, promotions, and multi-purchase offers:

  • Are applied at checkout

  • Cannot be combined unless stated

  • Are subject to change or withdrawal at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • We are not responsible for roaming charges incurred on other SIMs

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the eSIM

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on GulfData.io are owned by GulfData and may not be reused without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
